For wholesale prices our minimum is 24. We do offer retail priced options on orders with less than 24 pieces.

Pricing depends on stitch count (how complex the design is), placement, and quantity. Simpler logos cost less; dense or detailed artwork takes longer and uses more thread. We’re happy to quote it up front so there are no surprises, CLICK HERE TO GET A QUOTE

Yes! However, some ultra-fine details don’t translate well in thread. Our design team can tweak your artwork to make sure it looks clean and professional once stitched.

We prefer a vector file like .ai, .svg, .eps, or .pdf. If you don’t have a vector file we can convert a high res .png or .jpg for a small cost.

Absolutely! We have a full art department ready to tackle all of your design needs. From creative illustrative work to simple typography we’ve got you covered.

It depends on placement, but typically up to 3” x 6” on hats and 12” x 14” on flat garments. If you’re going for something oversized, we’ll let you know what’s realistic.

We' average 2-3 weeks year round but up to 4 weeks during peak seasons. If you have a deadline sooner we can set you up with a rush charge to move your project along ASAP.

We use Madeira thread and can match to Pantone equivalents closely. Exact matches may vary slightly due to texture and sheen, but we’ll get as close as possible.

Yes, as long as it’s the same logo or design. You can mix garment colors and sizes within the same run — minimums apply per design, not per garment color.

Yes! We can create embroidered patches, woven patches, chenille, and appliqué. Perfect for jackets, hats, or specialty merch drops.
